Live Video Call

Developer: KeenzoMatch

By downloading, accessing, or using the Live Video Call application (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service.

The Service is intended only for users aged 18 years or older.


User Conduct & Community Guidelines

Live Video Call is designed to be a safe and respectful platform. All users must behave responsibly and respectfully while using the Service.

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:


Harassment & Abusive Behavior

Users must not publish, send, or display any content that is:

  • Threatening, harassing, defamatory, misleading, or abusive
  • Racist, sexist, hateful, or discriminatory
  • Violent, obscene, vulgar, pornographic, or sexually explicit
  • Insulting, degrading, or intended to intimidate others

Harassment of any kind—verbal, visual, or behavioral—is strictly prohibited.


Spam & Misuse

You must not:

  • Send spam, chain messages, or unsolicited advertisements
  • Promote external services, websites, or apps
  • Recruit users for other platforms
  • Flood chats or send excessively repetitive or irrelevant messages


Illegal Activities

The following activities are strictly forbidden:

  • Sharing content for which you do not own the rights or lack legal permission
  • Posting racist, hateful, or extremist content
  • Attempting to hack, access, or interfere with other users’ accounts
  • Offering prostitution, escort services, or illegal transactions
  • Impersonating others or misrepresenting your identity

You are solely responsible for the content you share. KeenzoMatch is not liable for user-generated content.


Child Safety & CSAE Zero-Tolerance Policy

KeenzoMatch enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).

  • The app is 18+ only
  • Minors are not permitted under any circumstances
  • Any content involving sexual exploitation, grooming, or endangerment of minors is strictly prohibited

Enforcement

  • Immediate and permanent account termination
  • Reporting to relevant authorities, including NCMEC or law enforcement where required

Any suspected CSAE content must be reported immediately.


Respectful Interaction Rules

While using the app, users must not:

  • Use profanity or offensive language
  • Threaten or intimidate other users
  • Engage in racism, bullying, or violence
  • Pressure others to share photos, personal information, or contact details
  • Engage in sexual, abusive, or exploitative behavior
  • Spam or solicit other users


Adult & Sexual Content Restrictions

The following behaviors are not allowed during video or chat sessions:

  • Appearing naked or wearing only underwear
  • Displaying a naked torso without showing your face
  • Pointing the camera below chest level
  • Flashing or exposing genitals or intimate body parts
  • Touching genitals in a sexual manner (with or without clothing)
  • Requesting or suggesting cybersex or sexual acts
  • Using obscene, vulgar, or sexually explicit language or gestures


Authentic Video Use

Users must show themselves during video chats. You must not:

  • Use pre-recorded videos, fake streams, or static images
  • Point the camera at screens, photos, text, or unrelated objects
  • Use webcam emulators or software to fake your presence


Reporting & Moderation

If another user violates these Terms, you may:

  • Report the user through in-app reporting tools
  • Submit evidence (screenshots, descriptions) for moderator review

Moderation actions may include:

  • Warnings
  • Temporary suspension
  • Permanent bans

Repeated or severe violations may trigger automatic system bans.

Do not retaliate against violators. Retaliation itself is a violation and may result in penalties.


Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or permanently terminate accounts
  • Take action without prior warning
  • Immediately ban users under 18 or involved in serious violations

Banned accounts may not be reinstated.


Disclaimer

While we actively moderate and enforce rules, KeenzoMatch cannot guarantee that all violators will be detected. Users are responsible for their own conduct while using the Service.

By reporting violations, you help us maintain a safer environment.


Changes to These Terms

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the revised Terms. Users are responsible for reviewing updates periodically.
